Supporting and servicing Microgaming software throughout the world, Derivco is home to the leading technical specialists in the online gaming sector.

We are seeking an IT Engineer to join our Quickfire Solutions Team based in our Malta office which focuses on support our Malta-based operators.

You will be getting involved in:

  • Providing technical expertise and support, across the Quickfire product portfolio including:
    • Vanguard API
    • Quickfire iQ Back Office
    • Helpdesk Express & Free Games API
    • Mobile & Desktop Game Support
  • Actively engaging with Malta-based operators, developers and third-party providers
  • Working alongside the Malta Account Management Team to deliver the best service & systems we can to our operators
  • Building strong, long-term working relationships with our operators
  • Resolving support issues & providing ongoing IT solutions
  • In-depth investigation and resolution of live incidents
  • Providing ongoing automation and monitoring solutions
  • Working closely with operators in Regulated Markets

What you need to succeed

  • Proven experience in Supporting and Servicing Quickfire Operators
  • A passion for excellent customer service and communication skills is a must
  • Experience with hosting technical face to face meeting with customers
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines and perform under pressure is essential
  • A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative and cutting-edge environment
  • Can work as part of a wider team but also in isolation
  • A can do, positive, reliable and energising attitude
