We are  searching for a super-organised Administration Assistant to maintain amazing admin at our Malta office.


Your key responsibilities will include verifying jackpot wins, processing payments, updating databases, filing documents, answering the phone and emails, and managing meeting room bookings. You will also assist the Office Manager by giving superior customer service to visiting clients from the moment they arrive, offering greetings and refreshments, along with catering where required.

What you need to succeed
  • Minimum 2 years’ administration experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great document management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Able to balance and prioritise several tasks and processes
