Are you an experienced, proactive Account Manager who can nurture key relationships with our customers?


We are looking for a person of influence to learn all there is to know about our products and services.  Confident and personable, you will forge lasting connections with our customers. You will build trust, acting with professionalism and integrity at all times and regularly engaging with operators in positive, productive dialogue, often during face-to-face meetings.


With revenue generation and customer service lying at the heart of this role, you will use your excellent communication skills and extensive knowledge of the online gaming industry to support, develop and retain business for the company.


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with operators
  • Resolve daily queries and commercial issues from operators
  • Identify and execute new business development opportunities
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the online gaming industry, including poker and bingo.


What you need to succeed
  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • 3+ years’ experience within an e-gaming industry
  • A passion for developing relationships and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities and solve problems.
