As Head of Reward you will drive our high-performance culture and engagement of our people by developing and implementing industry leading compensation and benefit policies and approaches. As a key business partner, this role will drive business results through strong alignment of job design and structures with performance and reward.

In partnership with the Executives, Senior Management teams and HR leaders you will understand the business strategy and priorities and will build reward and benefits approaches in line with this to meet current and future needs. 

As Head of Reward you will create a company-wide (European) compensation & benefits strategy to meet the needs of the business.  Develop the tools, resources, policies and processes to enable HR to create and manage these processes, focused upon the key areas of:

  • Organisation job architecture and design aligned to the Business Strategy
  • Compensation and benefits architecture (including job grading)
  • Short and long term performance related reward
  • Salary and benefits benchmarking
  • Regulatory compliance and gender pay gap reporting and action

You will be responsible for the design, development and execution of all compensation and benefits approaches; at a Company and functional level, which deliver high performance outcomes aligned to the business strategy.

Our ideal Head of Reward will have extensive stakeholder management experience, as well as the ability to capture business needs & priorities and develop solutions that meet these needs at a company-wide level. A proven track record in a similar role, ideally within the technology space, is essential. You will also demonstrate experience of organisation design and job evaluation, and will have knowledge of legislation and competitor insight across the UK & Europe. With a genuine interest in your field, you will keep up to date on current reward trends.

Our Head of Reward can be based in any of our Sports locations -Ipswich, London, Stockholm, Barcelona or Isle of Man, with ad-hoc travel across offices as needed.
